Banking, Documentation & Compliance
A clear approach to KYC, inspection, documentary credits, standby credits and agreed trade documentation.
Documented trade. Transaction-specific review.
The supplied procedures reference documentary credits, standby letters of credit and bank-to-bank messages. Each instrument requires acceptance by the relevant banks, a defined beneficiary, validity, presentation requirements and agreed governing rules. AURESTIQUE does not claim a bank partnership or banking accreditation.
Due diligence & KYC
Review the counterparty, authority to transact, product documentation and the proposed supply chain before committing to a transaction. Sensitive corporate, identity and banking documents belong in an agreed secure verification channel, not the public inquiry form.
UCP 600
The sources reproduce UCP 600, the ICC rules for documentary credits. They apply where the credit expressly incorporates them. Documentary compliance is distinct from the physical quality or existence of goods; inspection and commercial due diligence remain necessary.
Incoterms® 2020
Agree the delivery rule, named port or place and edition explicitly. These rules allocate specified delivery obligations, costs and risks; the SPA separately defines payment, specifications and title transfer. Sources mix 2010/2020 references and different delivery models, so the final contract must remove that ambiguity.
